REPORT VIEWER
You can view any form formatted—exactly as it will appear when printed—on screen. This is possible whether you’ve finished entering all the data or not. So it’s a “work-in-progress” view.
Below the Menu Bar, there exists a row of buttons labeled with each form number (e.g., 41, 42, etc.). Clicking a button will instantly switch the view to the form with all calculations completed.
INCOME WITHHOLDING ORDER (CS-01 CSED)
The Income Withholding Order (that became effective August 2009) is a very unique form.
EZCS™ populates many of the IWO’s fields (those that share common data with the other forms) from the data entered in the Case Editor and Party Editor.
However, the additional data required (e.g., amount to be withheld) for this form must be entered separately.
This is accomplished from the Report Viewer. After clicking the button labeled “01″, the IWO appears onscreen. You will see that many of the fields have been populated. Below the form, you’ll see Form Details entry area. You enter additional data here.
NOTE: After entering the “Current Child Support” in the Form Details area below the form, however, the software WILL CALCULATE the “Amount to Withhold” per payment cycle on the form for you. (Click the thumbnails above to expand the image to see what we mean.)
